Convalidation of studies abroad in Spain

Over the past fifteen years, our practice has been devoted, with much success, to establishing the convalidation, or ratification of foreign qualifications, obtained either by Spanish educated abroad, or by foreigners who currently reside or wish to reside in Spain.

For example; we were pioneers in obtaining, in 1989, and in the specific case of two sentences of the Supreme Court, dictated on 27 January and 14 February of 1989, stating the legal admission of the ratification of qualifications obtained in Perú, on the basis of the applications of the collective cultural agreement between Spain and Perú, which set as a precedent jurisprudence, and still, ten years later serves as a reference point, for all cases arguing the validity of stated cultural agreement between Spain and Peru. The same can be said for various other qualifications and countries.

Our services start with administrative procedure, and continue through the presentation of the appropriate dossiers, after a throrough examination of the document in question. We will make the presentation and the follow up of the same, with the aim of avoiding unnecessary delays, negotiating, and, if necessary even attending interviews in the same administration until we have obtained an administrative resolution to the satisfaction of all parties concerned.

We continue to offer our services in the case of a legal administrative appeal being presented before the National Audience, or the Superior Justice Courts, untill we feel the best results for our clients have been obtained.
Our practice will take responsibility for the above stated procedures, and also of the follow up, even in the case of the client not being a resident in Spain they will have constant and punctual acess to the appropriate information of their case, either by e-mail, or the means of the client’s choice, knowing that, this information is in good hands, and, that we are working towards achieving the best results to your benefit.
